At Glow Gem Vault, we stand behind the quality of our curated collections. Because we carry a diverse range of products—from delicate tech to home essentials—our return guidelines vary slightly by category to ensure safety and quality standards.

  1. General Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  1. Category-Specific Guidelines

To maintain our high standards, the following rules apply to our specific departments:

  • Tech & Gadgets: Must be returned with all original cables, manuals, and accessories. We cannot accept returns on items with tampered seals or software that has been registered/activated.
  • Beauty & Wellness: For hygiene and safety, these items must be unopened and sealed. We cannot accept returns on used skincare, cosmetics, or wellness supplements.
  • Kitchen & Dining: Items must be unused. For health safety, any cookware or cutlery that has been washed or used for food preparation is ineligible for return.
  • Pet Essentials: For the safety of all pets, we only accept returns on unused and unwashed items. Bedding or toys showing signs of pet hair or use will not be refunded.
  • Sports & Outdoors: Equipment must be returned in “like-new” condition. Items showing outdoor wear, dirt, or assembly marks are not eligible.
  • Home & Living: Large decor or textile items must be free of odors (smoke/perfume) and pet hair.
  1. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email support@glowgemvault.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. The specific item you wish to return.
  3. The reason for the return.

Note: Do not mail your items to the address on your shipping label. We will provide you with a specific Return Authorization Address tailored to the product category.

  1. Damages and Defects (Our Guarantee)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or a video of the damage and the shipping label. For verified defects, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

  1. Return Shipping & Fees
  • Customer Responsibility: For “change of mind” returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to items in the Tech & Gadgets and Home & Living categories to cover inspection and repackaging.
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees and “Final Sale” items are non-refundable.
  1. Refund Processing

Once your return is inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
